About Todd Sivia

Todd W. Sivia is the managing partner at Sivia Business and Legal, P.C. Todd maintains a significant asset protection practice. He assists his clients in their estate planning and general business needs, including drafting wills and trusts, representing clients in matters such as entity formation and structuring (partnerships, LLC and Corporations, contracts, asset purchases, sales agreements), and probating estates.

As Vice President and faculty member of the Midwest Business Institute, Todd also provides business coaching consulting services, business education presentations, and keynote speeches. The Institute offers seminars, programs and special events covering a wide range of topics and skills.

Todd also handles a variety of real estate sales, acquisitions and exchange matters as well as litigation matters, including condemnation actions, actions to quiet title and boundary line disputes. His relationship with Midwest Title & Escrow, Inc., allows him to be able issue title insurance, administer trusts, and reduce the costs of foreclosures for financial institutions. He also handles creditors’ rights and collection matters for both the debtor and creditor.

Todd was one of the rotating Bond County Public Defenders and has experience with traffic, misdemeanor and felony cases. He was also an adjunct professor at Lewis & Clark Community College (American Government), Southern Illinois University Edwardsville (Small Business Management), and Saint Louis University School of Law (Negotiations). In addition, Todd presents seminars to expand client education.
